Information you provide in PlugTempo
Vehicle and battery profiles, charging power and efficiency assumptions, electricity tariffs, charge levels and manual charging session history. The app does not connect to your vehicle or track its live location.
Where your records are stored
Your workspace is stored on your device and is used to provide the app’s features. There is no separate developer-operated account required for local use. The app does not send the contents of your workspace to the developer or to any advertising, analytics or tracking service. Device backups may contain app data depending on your Apple device settings.
Optional iCloud sync
If you enable private iCloud sync, a copy of your workspace and supported attachments is transmitted to Apple CloudKit in your Apple Account’s private database. This is used to synchronize your data, not to make it public. Sync requires an eligible Pro entitlement and iCloud availability. Apple processes data under its own privacy terms. Disabling sync stops future synchronization; it does not by itself delete an existing cloud copy.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app payments. The app uses StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to unlock Pro and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. The current Pro offering is a one-time Lifetime purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Apple may retain purchase records under its policies even if you remove the app.
Advertising and tracking
The app shows no ads and does not include advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not request Apple’s tracking authorization, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not sell or share your information with data brokers.
Permissions and sharing
Features that select photos or documents use the files you choose. Where a camera or notification feature is available, permission is requested for that feature and can be changed in iOS Settings. The app does not require access to your contacts, microphone or precise device location. Exporting or sharing sends the selected report, label or backup to the destination you choose. Exported files are not encrypted by the app and may include private information; review them and protect copies you share.
Retention and deletion
Records remain on your device until you remove them or delete the app’s data. Archiving, soft deletion and recovery backups can preserve earlier copies. To remove all local workspace and recovery data, delete the app rather than offloading it. Separately delete exported backups and device backups that you no longer need. If you enabled sync, use the app’s Clear cloud copy action for the original iCloud account before deleting the app, or manage app data through your Apple Account settings where available. Clearing the cloud copy does not delete local records. Other devices and previously shared files may still contain copies. Apple applies its own retention policies to information it processes.
Support and your choices
If you contact Support, we receive your email address and the information you send so we can respond. Please send only what is necessary, and do not send passwords, payment card details or an entire private backup unless needed and agreed. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to Support by emailing admin@petapparel.xyz. Rights and applicable exceptions depend on where you live. We cannot directly erase files that exist only on your device, copies held by recipients, or purchase records held by Apple.
Security and service providers
We use the platform’s application storage and Apple services for the features described above. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device protected and protect exported files. Apple and support or website service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their policies. Opening this policy in a browser is also subject to the hosting website’s privacy and cookie practices; those website practices are separate from your app workspace.
Children and changes
These utility apps are intended for a general audience and are not designed specifically for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to Support, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy when the app or its services change and will update the effective date on this page.
