TERMS OF USE FOR CHEAP FLIGHTS BOOKING
Effective Date: April 26, 2026
Last Updated: April 26, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cheap Flights Booking mobile application (the “App”) provided by petapparel (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
- You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
- THE SERVICE
2.1 What We Provide
The App is a travel search and booking platform that allows you to:
- Search and compare flights from various airlines
- Browse and book hotels, tours, airport transfers, and car rentals
- Save searches and favorites for later
2.2 We Are an Intermediary
We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer services, car rental companies). We do not own, operate, or control these services. The actual travel services are provided by third-party suppliers, each with their own terms, conditions, and policies.
2.3 Bookings
When you book through the App, your contract for the actual travel service is between you and the relevant supplier (e.g., the airline or hotel). We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to that contract.
- PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Prices
Prices displayed in the App are provided by travel partners and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices may vary based on availability, currency exchange rates, and promotional offers.
3.2 Currency
Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience but actual charges may be processed in a different currency. Currency conversion fees, if any, are determined by your card issuer or payment provider.
3.3 Booking Fees
Some bookings may include service fees, taxes, or other charges. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete your booking.
3.4 Payment
Payments are processed by our travel partners or third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details. By making a payment, you authorize the relevant party to charge your payment method for the total amount shown.
- CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS
4.1 Subject to Supplier Policies
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, or other supplier you booked with. These policies vary widely and may include non-refundable fares, change fees, or partial refunds.
4.2 How to Cancel or Change
To cancel or change a booking, please follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email or contact the supplier directly. Some changes may also be made through the App.
4.3 Our Role in Refunds
We will assist you in processing refund requests, but the final decision and timing rest with the supplier. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method.
4.4 No-Shows
If you do not show up for a booked flight, hotel, or other service, you may forfeit the entire amount paid. Check the supplier’s policy before your travel date.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking
- Verify all booking details (dates, names, destinations) before confirming
- Carry valid travel documents (passport, visas, ID) as required
- Comply with all applicable travel regulations and supplier rules
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
- Not use the App for fraudulent bookings, scraping, or commercial resale of fares without authorization
You are solely responsible for any consequences of providing inaccurate information, including misspelled names that may cause you to be denied boarding.
- TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
6.1 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements for your destination, including:
- Valid passport (typically with at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates)
- Visas, transit visas, or electronic travel authorizations

We do not provide visa or immigration advice. Check official government sources before booking.
6.2 Denied Boarding or Entry
If you are denied boarding or entry due to missing documents or non-compliance with regulations, we are not responsible and no refund will be provided unless the supplier’s policy allows it.
